Phos-Copper brazing alloys are easy-flow, low cost ones and shows perfect perfomance in contact brazing, oxy-acetylene brazing,induction brazing and furnace brazing. The joint strength is higher and the conductivity is better. A flux is required while brazing brass to brass. Phos-Copper-Sliver brazing alloys have good wettability, higher strength and toughness of brazing seam and lower melting point. The beating speed should be as quick as possible while brazing. The joint is to be bright grey and will return to the orginal color of bronze while dipped into 10% sulphuric acid.
